Was born in 1978.
In 1999 he graduated from the Kazakh State Law University, received the qualification of a lawyer, in 2005 he entered the Kazakh Economic University named after T. Ryskulova and in 2007 graduated from the University "Kainar", received the qualification of bachelor of finance. In 2020 he graduated from the Academy of Civil Aviation, specialization: "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport."
Has more than 20 years of experience, including in leadership positions in the prosecutor's office, in the fields of finance and transport. He has experience in the implementation of new corporate projects, restructuring, rule-making, as well as the organization of procurement and legal support for the activities of legal entities in the quasi-public sector, claims work, including in foreign jurisdictions.
On August 8, 2020, by order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed managing director-member of the Management Board of SK-Pharmacy LLP.
