Public Working Group

One of the first steps to ensure the openness of the organization's activities, taken by the new management of the company, is the creation of a public working group at SK-Pharmacy LLP. In this regard, a Working group was formed in SK-Pharmacy LLP, which included representatives of civil society and the business community, deputies and industry experts. The Working Group was created to improve interaction with civil society on socially significant issues of medicine provision.

The working group will voice the opinion of civil society and constructive criticism, raise acute issues and make recommendations on how companies can move forward to improve their work and regain people's trust. Concerned public figures who are ready for an open and constructive dialogue were invited to join the working group. Those who will be able to raise difficult issues, but will also be able to find ways to solve and implement them together.

In total, the working group included 22 people. Many reputable people agreed to take part in the work. The Working Group included deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, public figures, authoritative industry experts, representatives of patient organizations, industry associations.

The members of the working group decided to adopt the legal status of the advisory body under SK-Pharmacy LLP as a working group.

The members of the working group will be consulted on problematic issues in the activities of SK-Pharmacy LLP - improving the purchase of medicines and medical devices, planning, logistics, domestic production, information technology, the introduction of labeling, the development of the Big Pharma program and other pressing issues.

In addition, members of the public working group will be able to monitor warehouses, predict demand by hospitals and pharmacies, measure the timing of medicine shipments to hospitals, and participate as observers in purchase procedures and negotiations with suppliers.

The members of the working group decided to invite experts and members of the public who were not members of the working group to participate in subsequent meetings.
