The drug with INN – Multienzymes (pancreatin), according to the List of medicines and medical devices for free outpatient care, is provided in two nosologies: Cystic fibrosis (Mucoviscidosis) and Chronic pancreatitis.
Single Distributor, based on the principles of a patient-oriented drug supply system, collected the need for 2023 under the trade name as part of the procurement of the drug for the nosology Cystic fibrosis (Mucoviscidosis).
Thus, the drug Multienzymes (pancreatin) for children under the nosology Cystic Fibrosis (Mucoviscidosis) will be procured under the trade name Creon. Currently, procurement procedures are announced (announcement number 421600-1).
The drug with the trade name Creamed was procured under the nosology Chronic pancreatitis following a tender through a web portal (announcement number 417460-1).
The procurement of medicines and medical devices through the Single Distributor is regulated by the Rules for organizing and conducting procurement, approved by Government Decree No. 375.
The list of medicines and medical devices to be procured from the Single Distributor is approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. KRDSM-88, which contains: the characteristics of medicines, the international non-proprietary name (INN) and their marginal prices.
