According to the legislation, medicines imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan are subject to customs clearance.
Thus, according to the terms of the concluded agreements within the framework of the Memorandum, SK-Pharmacy carries out customs clearance upon receipt from the supplier of drugs procured by the Kazakhstan Khalkyna PF.
Also, the terms of the contracts provide for the reimbursement of expenses of SK-Pharmacy related to customs clearance by the Kazakhstan Khalkyna PF.
On September 15, 2022, SK-Pharmacy issued an invoice for reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with customs clearance (customs fees, brokerage services, airport temporary storage services and expenses for the production of instructions and stickers).
The amount of the issued invoice for payment of customs clearance and fees amounted to 191,056 tenge.
Calculations:
• customs fees: 46,000 tenge;
• brokerage services: 96000.0 tenge;
• expenses for the preparation of instructions: 31,558.8 tenge;
• expenses for the production of stickers: 9,456.1 tenge;
• airport temporary storage services: 7375.0 tenge.
All documents confirming the costs of customs clearance and fees, as well as copies of customs declarations were provided to the Kazakhstan Khalkyna PF.
No other invoices for payment, except for the above, were issued to the Kazakhstan Khalkyna PF from the SK-Pharmacy LLP.
Thus, SK-Pharmacy receives, stores and transports medicines to all regions of the country free of charge, at its own expense.
SK-Pharmacy would like to note that suppliers deliver drugs to Kazakhstan. In turn, SK-Pharmacy provides reception and transportation to medical organizations within the country.
At the same time, it is possible to provide in the contracts concluded between the Kazakhstan Halkyna PF and suppliers, the terms of delivery to medical organizations, which in turn will eliminate the need for the participation of SK-Pharmacy.
