It accumulates all data from the population about failures in the supply of medicine.
Patients from all over Kazakhstan can call the short number 1439 free of charge from any landline phone. Contact center operators will provide information on the timing, volume and planned dates for the delivery of necessary medicines dispensed free of charge. For the convenience of patients, information about the contact center is available in all medical organizations.
All requests are promptly considered, and if necessary, the medicine will be redirected from another medical organization, or the medicine will be delivered from a special hub where a stock of necessary medicines is stored.
