SK-PHARMACY LLP PAYS PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO PREVENTIVE ANTI-CORRUPTION MEASURES

On July 28, 2022, in order to support the anti-corruption policy pursued by the state, at the initiative of SK-Pharmacy LLP, the seminar was held for the company’s staff on the topic “Administrative practice is an effective tool for preventing corruption”.

The seminar was held by the chief specialist of the Prevention Department of Department of the Anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) for the Nur-Sultan city Raimbaev D.I.

In his report, the speaker told about the competence of the Anti-Corruption Service in administrative practice. To date, the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" contains 15 articles that have signs of corruption offenses.

The main provisions on the available measures of administrative influence were brought to the attention of the SK-Pharmacy LLP employees. Particular attention was paid to the explanation of methodological recommendations for internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of state bodies, organizations and subjects of the quasi-public sector.

The representative of the Anti-Corruption Service explained in detail the disposition of each article, the procedure for detection and punishment, and also gave examples from real practice on committed administrative corruption offenses.

The representative of the Agency answered questions from employees and summing up the seminar, it was noted that SK-Pharmacy LLP pays special attention to corruption prevention issues. A set of all modern and necessary measures is provided for the timely prevention of corruption and improving the legal literacy of employees. The Company takes effective measures to prevent corruption, form an anti-corruption worldview and raise legal awareness, which can significantly reduce corruption risks.
