TAMARA DUISENOVA GETS ACQUAINTANCE WITH THE WORK ON DRUG PROVISION IN THE AKTOBE REGION

During a working visit to the Aktobe region, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tamara Duisenova visited a warehouse for storing medicines and medical devices, where she was introduced to the work of the drug labeling and traceability system.

The operational warehouse, in terms of its volume and functional purpose, is organized for the prompt planned receipt of goods and their subsequent shipment to customers in the region. Medicines are received from the SK-Pharmaceuticals hub located in Aktobe.

The Unified Distributor Hub is organized and designed to receive a large volume of goods from suppliers, storing goods in the amount of 2 to 6 months' need for the Aktobe, Atyrau, Batys Kazakhstan and Mangistau regions.

It should be noted that specialized transport is sent from the hub to the service regions every week: trucks, refrigerators, special equipment for the transportation of medicines and medical devices. Medicines from the warehouse are delivered to medical institutions and pharmacies in the western regions of the country. The process of admission by hospitals was demonstrated to the Deputy Prime Minister at the base of the polyclinic No. 3 of the city of Aktobe. The chief physician of the polyclinic Zhanibek Nurmukhamedov presented the introduction of the "social wallet" mechanism in the provision of free medicines. "Our goal is to ensure the transparency of the system. The marking and the social wallet tool allow not only to ensure the targeted use of funds, but also to receive feedback directly from the recipient of services. In particular, the social wallet allows citizens to see the measures of state support and evaluate them," Tamara Duisenova emphasized.
