THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH IS PLANNING TO UPDATE THE LIST OF PURCHASED MEDICINES AND MEDICAL PRODUCTS

A draft order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, amending the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 20, 2021 No. ҚР ДСМ-88 "On determining the list of medicines and medical products purchased from the Unified distributor", has been published for public discussion on the portal "Open Normative Legal Acts".

The amendments were developed based on requests from business entities and are aimed at increasing the efficiency of procurement, which will improve the availability of medical products for citizens. The proposed measures will also help ensure stability and continuity of supply.

The discussion of the draft will last until November 18, 2024.
