UPDATED PRICE LIMITS FOR MEDICAL DEVICES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF GVFMC AND CSHI

By order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 27, 2024 No. 685, amendments were made to the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 5, 2021 No. ҚР ДСМ-77 "On approval of maximum prices for the trade name of medicines and medical devices within the framework of the guaranteed volume of free medical care and (or) in the compulsory social health insurance system".

The order provides for a change in the maximum prices within the framework of the GVFMC and CSHI for a number of trade names of medical devices.

The document comes into force ten calendar days after its official publication, which took place on October 17, 2024.

Let us remind you that the maximum price for the trade name of a medical device within the GVFMC and CSHI is set so that purchases under these programs cannot be made above this price.
